Wastewater treatment plant
The sewage(leachate) flows to the adjusting pool through the drainage. The main function of adjusting pool is to regulate the amount of water, it can not purify the wastewater. So we install the balanced pool to regulate the quality of water. For example, mixed the new leachate to the old one in order to obtain the appropriated ratio of carbon and nitrogen. The leachate is pumped up to the balanced pool.
The leachate in the balanced pool is elevated to the external membrane biochemical reactor through the water distribution system by a pump. Before the water distribution system, there is a 400-800um filter bag to prevent big particles of solid matter into the follow-up unit.
External membrane biochemicalreactor is consisted of denitrification, nitrification and external ultrafiltration unit.
After the treatment of ultrafiltration, the liquid goes to the next nanofiltration system and to be further processed, the clean water rate is 85% or more, it reaches the qualified discharge standard. The concentrated liquid generated by nanofiltration is flowed back to the landfill.
After the water has been processed by biochemical treatment, if the nitrogen is not completely removed, some or the whole of water will be done reverse osmosis treatment. The concentrated liquid is sent back to the landfill.
The residue sewage sludge and concentrated liquid are transported to a pool. Using a pump to convey them back to the landfill.
