The process of this plastic reclaimer is as follows,1)Sorting - separate the impurities, assorted bottles, labels and bottle caps which are not PET.

2)Shredding - not only can it shred the bottles , but also has a pre-washing function. 80% of impurities like silt can be removed.

3)Pre-washing - remove the stains which adhere to the surface of bottles, it can improve the quality of cleaning, reduce the use of detergents, and consequently reduce the cost.

4)Washing - it is the key step, remove the stubborn stains like greasy dirt, gum, etc.

5)Rinsing - this step has two functions, one is to remove the remaining floating materials, and the other is to get rid of the detergents which adhere to the bottles.
