Ingredients:kitchen waste,sawdust,straw powder,fermention bacteria Multi-step,closely monitored process with measured inputs

The process of composting is as follows,

1)Mix all kinds of materials in proportion and convey to the fermenter, the water content and C/N ratio are adjusted to the suitable level.

2)Using  a compost windrow turner which can move freely on the tracks in the fermentation pool to stir, move and aerate the materials.

As needed, spray the fermentation bacteria. After fermentation, the pathogens and unwanted seeds in the materials have been destroyed and large amounts of water  is evaporated.

3)Every day turn the materials one time, the materials will move 3 meters backward, the vacated space can be added new materials.

4)Adopt a continuous production process. Turn the materials everyday, feed and discharge regularly.

5)As needed, open and shut the ventilation fans at the bottom of the fermenter for aeration.

6)After high-temperature fermentation, the materials are pushed by the windrow turner and move to the discharge hopper, they will be carried to the maturation house.

7)After maturation, they will be shredded , sieved and sent to the fertilizer making workshop.
